Jacquie currently serves as the Manager of Education Community Partnerships at Skillquest, where she is dedicated to providing free coding courses to high school students nationwide. She earned her Educational Leadership degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2020 and has been actively engaged in the esports field since 2017. Jacquie previously established and managed the varsity esports program at Minnesota State University and transitioned to a focus on scholastic esports in 2023, where she has played a key role in developing the esports program for Minneapolis Public Schools. Additionally, she is a co-founder of Esports & Coffee and has received several accolades, including the Best DEI Initiative award from thegameHers and the Good in Gaming recognition from Esports Awards.

Dr. Ray Pastore is a Professor and Program Lead for the Esports Certificates and Online Teaching and Learning Minor at UNCW in Wilmington, NC. He’s also an author (check out his new book which might be a great addition to our books to cover in the webinar next week) and a YouTuber that does reviews of new technology.

Josh Whetherholt
Esports Solution Specialist | CDW Education
Josh Whetherholt is an Esports in Education Advisor for CDW•G. A lifelong gamer and avid learner, Josh uses his nerd knowledge for good to advise schools on how to start and expand successful esports programs focused on competition and game-based professional development. Josh is a former Account Manager for CDW•G’s Higher Education segment, and supported all of EDU as part of the Business Development team focusing on ecommerce. Josh was collegiate athlete in track and cross country, and coached K-8 track and field in Arizona. Josh’s background in education, gaming, and competitive sports enable him to understand the complexity and nuance of competitive esports at the K-12 and collegiate levels.
