Ari Flewelling
National Education Professional Development Manager | CDW Education
Ari is the Education Professional Development Manager for CDW Education. She works at the national level with educational stakeholders, professional development partners, and CDW coworkers to continue to advocate for and implement professional development. In addition, she provides consulting services on the use of Educational Technology & Transforming Education. She specializes in pedagogy-first technology integration to enhance practice & student achievement. Her passion is inspiring others to share their stories & skills through technology. Ari believes it is vital for all stakeholders to establish and maintain digital equity for all.

Melissa Banks
Director of Digital Learning | Mississippi DOE
Melissa joined the Mississippi Department of Education as an Instructional Technology Specialist in December 2015. In January 2021, she transitioned to Director of Digital Learning and began working to build a team to deliver coaching, professional development, and resources to support educators as they increase their capacity to deliver high-quality digital instruction to all students across the state. Before joining the MDE, she taught business and technology courses at the high school level for eight years. In addition to teaching, she served many leadership roles at her school and created and led multiple professional development sessions regarding using instructional technology in the classroom. She completed her Masters of Arts in Teaching in August 2010 and received her National Board Certification in 2013.

Amy Mayer
CEO and Founder | friEdTech
Amy Mayer, a nationally known speaker and professional development guru got her start in education as an English and Foreign Language teacher. Since then, she’s served as a district-level director of multiple varieties and now is the CEO and Founder of friEdTech, a Google & Microsoft partner company serving schools across the United States. Amy is passionate about student (and teacher) engagement and equity in education.

Elizabeth King
Director of Large-Scale Projects | friEdTech
Elizabeth feels privileged to have taught both middle and high school English during her 11 years in the classroom, and she has truly loved working with adult learners over the last decade! With extensive experience managing district and state-wide ed tech professional development plans from conception to execution to iteration, she is a skilled interpersonal communicator able to lead, train, and motivate others to be their professional best. Elizabeth believes humor and purposeful tech integration are keys to making learning more engaging and personalized and has a personal passion for making a positive impact wherever she goes.
