With over a decade of experience in SAAS onboarding and engagement consulting, Andrea is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing customer experiences. She has successfully trained and onboarded countless customers on company-created SAAS products, leveraging Google Meet, webinars, and video content to provide ongoing support and training. Andrea's expertise extends to community building, as she adeptly manages customer forums and leads customer round tables to gather direct feedback and establish beta tester groups. Her collaborative approach with development and sales teams has consistently driven tool improvements and boosted sales and renewal statistics, making her a valuable asset in the SAAS industry.

Kyle Bush

Google for Education Onboarding and Engagement Consultant

Kyle Bush is an Onboarding and Engagement Consultant with CDW Amplified, where he specializes in the upgraded versions of Google Workspace for Education as well as Gemini Education. With a background in both instruction and technology, Kyle’s true passion is in supporting and empowering educators to leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning by understanding and orchestrating the needs and goals of teachers, systems administrators, tech support, and district decision makers. Prior to joining CDW Amplified, he worked in diverse schools in the northern Chicago suburbs, where he supported and trained teachers in leveraging EdTech, led the development of a district technology plan for remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, co-developed a district EdTech Strategic Plan, and helped transform schools through careful selection of EdTech tools, systems configuration, training, and ongoing support. For his work in supporting his teachers, students and staff through remote learning in 2019 and 2020, Kyle was recognized by the Illinois State Board of Education's "Those Who Excel" program in 2021

Melissa Benson

Senior Google for Education Consultant | CDW Education

Melissa is a Google Workspace Certified Admin with over 14 years of hands-on experience in K-12 schools. Starting in Minnesota school districts, she gained insight into the unique IT needs of schools. Melissa broadened her expertise as a Google for Education Consultant at Amplified IT and now specializes in training K-12 IT departments on the Google Admin Console at CDW Amplified for Education. Her mission is to empower K-12 Google Admins with the knowledge and skills they need to set up and maintain Google and Chrome environments.
